Return Policy / Shipping Info

I do not accept or offer returns unless a product is misrepresented or defective. 

In the case that an item arrives damaged, i will replace free of charge.

Each item is hand-made and made-to-order and is one-of-a-kind, meaning there will be small differences from item to item.

Please note, due to the slow-made nature of each item, there is a 2 week production window before shipping.

Items are shipped small packet air via Canada Post, which is an untracked service, unless expedited or express shipping is selected at checkout.

If you are in need of rush shipping, please let me know and i will do my best to accommodate!

After an order is placed, you have 24 hours to cancel.
